Stayed here with husband and kids the staff at the reception are super friendly and very welcoming the kids had a blast at the pool only thing I wish is they could update the 3 bedroom option. The shower door was broken the floors weren’t clean in some areas and the sheets/comforters could use a huge update. You MUST check out the bakery right next door it’s delish and super cute!

They have on here that there is a microwave and refrigerator in the rooms but we got our room and there was none. When we asked, they said it was only for the deluxe rooms, but on the description it says its in the room. The shower was filthy and the room was humid and it was right by the road so it was noisy all night. The beds were nice but dont expect much unless you get a deluxe room.

Hotel is a nice place to stay if you have a car to move around in, or you can use Uber. I've stayed at this hotel in the past, this time around the towels were old and had holes in them, other than that everything was great. expect to pay a 500 pesos deposit for the remote controls, which will be refunded at check out, the front desk staff are very friendly. I enjoy staying there.

No tan buena experiencia

Por motivos de viaje llegue despues de las 6, estuve llamando al telefono para avisar como lo pide la app pero nunca contestaron, al llegar hay un cargo extra por mascotas de 300 pesos, el lugar esta a como 20 minutos del centro de la ciudad y habia muchas patrullas de servicio federal, se siente tenso el ambiente. La habitacion esta muy pequeña y la television es muy pequeña tambien. Se siente viejo y huele mal. La cama esta muy comoda. Por 1800 la noche mejor un airbnb.
