The property looks ok cleanness is ok the staff was terrible, a little girl cut her head at the pool and they didn’t have rubbing alcohol ANYWHERE in the hotel. I will most definitely not be coming back. The buffet was ok.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel! The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the food was simply delicious! Every moment spent there was nothing short of fantastic. But the cherry on top? The breathtaking views from the restaurant, rooftop, swimming pool,and our rooms were truly mind-blowing! Nestled in an incredibly beautiful location, the hotel is just a quick 15-minute drive from the stunning Valle de Guadalupe. It was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to go back!

we booked the room in Expedia, as it was offering breakfast. But, the hotel gave us only "cold" breakfast, and said we had to pay more for "hot" breakfast items. So, this was completely unacceptable.

The pictures do not show the real surroundings of this hotel. This hotel is still not fully constructed. The parking lot is not complete. It is small and when it gets full you have to park elsewhere and then walt to the hotel.

There was not enough parking spaces. When we arrived there was a private event being hosted. The attendees of the event took all the parking space. We had to park on the side on top of the side walk. Also, the private event was in the rooftop by the pool. The private event hostess was not happy that occupants of the hotel were using the pool while the event was going on. City Express by Marriott is a nice hotel, but I did not find a lot to do around that area. I have always stayed in downtown Ensenada which allows for you to walk around and stop at coffee shops and window shop.
