The Temple Gate hotel is a gem in Ennis, our room was very large and beautifully appointed. All of the shops and dining in the town centre were right there, very happy with our stay!

Great hotel. The staff was fantastic very warm and welcoming. Laundry service was a bit expensive, but very well worth it. Breakfast was great and we loved the dinner options too. Wonderful servers and delicious meals. Very convenient to shopping and the train station.

A truly one of a kind place to stay… A beautiful modern temple overlaid on top of an old Abbey. Ceiling in the bar is worth the visit.

Temple gate is a very nice hotel offering a variety of dining choices with something in most price ranges. Breakfast is fine, but choices are limited for non-egg eaters. The staff are helpful and attentive. A special shoutout to Lee one of the managers and to Jack in the bar. Delightful fellows and understand service. The hotel is truly in the center of town and makes it very convenient to walk everywhere. It is literally next to the Clare Museum. Parking was ample and close to the hotel. The room and beds were comfortable and large enough for two friends to share on holiday. Enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend.

The room was clean and we found everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pub at the ground floor was wonderful. We had dinner there and truly enjoyed the location and the food. The staff is helpful and cares that guests enjoy their stay. I also suggest to visit the pubs nearby to appreciate the Irish music and the magical atmosphere.

Lovely property
