Au comptoir, l'accueil, en espagnol, est plus commercial que chaleureux : des formulaires à signer mais la facture envoyée par mail est toujours attendue. Grand studio propre, clair et impersonnel (aucune info en dehors d'un QR code, pas de petite bouteille d'eau dans le réfrigérateur, pas de charlotte dans la salle d'eau). L'insonorisation laisse à désirer ainsi que le confort de la literie. Le bâtiment est neuf avec un stationnement autour. L'ensemble aurait pu être bien mais c'était décevant.

Nous pensions que ce serait un hôtel haut de gamme. La literie est de très mauvaise qualité. Matelas inconfortable, dur comme du carton. Le spa est en option et ce n'est pas précisé sur le site. De plus il faut des tongs et des bonnets de bain. Ce n'est pas précisé sur le site. Pas de thé ni de café de bienvenue proposé en chambre, ni de bouteilles d'eau.
