I stayed here during the NJCAA baseball tournament, when hotel prices throughout Enid are much higher than usual. Compared to other hotels where friends of mine stayed, I felt this property offered a reasonable value for the price.
The hotel feels safe and family-friendly, and the parking is convenient and spacious. The breakfast is simple but gets the job done. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay.
That being said, this is an older property, and it is clear that it has not been renovated in quite some time. The rooms are basic, and in my room I found some stains on the comforter and towels. I also noticed a few dead insects in the corners of the carpet. The Wi-Fi could also be improved.
What I appreciated most was how quickly the staff responded when I brought these concerns to their attention. They immediately changed the bedding and towels and vacuumed the carpet. Their willingness to address the issues made a positive difference.
Overall, despite some maintenance and cleanliness concerns, I would stay here again because of the sense of safety, the helpful staff, and the value it offered during a very busy event week.
