We came for a wedding. All photos shared online by this hotel are very old. The building does not look like the pictures. It’s old, very unclean, hallways smell like smoke. Bathtub, bed sheets, and even TOILET have stains, and some walls have molds. Even if you choose “smoke free” rooms, they will smell bad. It’s definitely not worth it. We paid for two nights, but left as soon as we saw the bedroom. Did not get a refund. If you’re trying to save money, this is not the place.

A very old and dated property but the rooms were good. The bed comfortable. The shower usable for a tall guy. Low priced rates meant lower level customers. Lot of grass smoking in the parking lot late at night.

They put me in smoking room when I had specifically requested non smoking room. They put me in double queen room but when I saw the charges they were for a King suite. The location is good. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. Breakfast was plentiful. Other than the room mixup my overal stay was comfortable.

Beds were comfortable. The stairway was dangerously falling apart. Sink and shower were nasty. Bathroom door was falling apart. Hardly any tv channels were available, so we had to watch tv on our phone screens. Ice machine had ice, but was old and nasty looking. Stairway was dilapidated. Lamps needed a heavy cleaning. The desk chair should have not even been in the room. At least the breakfast was all package, so we weren’t afraid to eat it, but the juice was warm, and no milk for the cereal! And to top it off, the king room we reserved more than a month ago was not available, even at the earliest check in time!

Heated pool!!

Pool temperature was amazing!! The room was cleaned and one of my kids said it smelled like maple syrup, so no complaints on that. Stayed in a king with a pullout couch bed. King bed was clean and comfortable. The pullout on the other hand was dirty and felt like a bunch of springs. The staff were friendly.

The guy at the front desk doesn't like to help with anything. The room was nasty and smelt like cigarettes the bathroom was dirty so i bout stuff to clean it. We left the hotel for the day and im guessing the maids came in to clean they made one bed and thats all but they did make time to go through our stuff and still my sons shorts and shirts.so we will not be back to that hotel

We booked a room with king beds, were given 2 queens. My husband is 6”4 and we had to sleep separately! There were baby roaches, and trash on floor in front of bed. Then!!! At 3am, the fire alarm kept going off in our room, we had to take it down and take battery out. Was miserable night! The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The evening staff very helpful and kind. The young lady that checked me in was great, also the gentleman that does the night shift. So the first room had BED BUGS, so he moved us just try to make it work and the next room we moved to had ROACHES. He tried to help us as much as he could. We understood it was out of his control, so my husband and I had to go get a new hotel room at 3am. Very stressful.

Our first room smelled like mold and dog pee, I think there are several long term residents with dogs there which is fine but they have a smell. We moved to a different room but it was upstairs and there aren’t elevators so it was a lot to haul everything up. The pool area has very slippery tile which didn’t feel safe for kids. The pool was also incredibly warm, it is indoors and the hot tub feeds into it but I’ve taken colder baths in my life so we didn’t stay too long.

We arrived late at around 10:30. I prepaid, when I got to the counter Paige (manager) addressed me by name . She gave me the keys and a very good discription of hotel and breakfast bar. She let us swim a little while even tho it closed at 11:00. She is a winner. She has a very nice personality, very helpful, I can't say enough. I was shocked at how economical the room was. 77.00 for two quenn beds, total of 4 people AND BREAKFAST FREE. IT WAS A SMOKING ROOM WITH NO SURCHARGE! I have stayed at Marriots and the like, but this little place has character and i fell in love with the manager. (not really we're both married lol). Best place for the money I've ever experienced. Highly recommened. This room should be higher, thank you.

I used a third party website(Expedia) to book a room online and was able to complete the booking and payment for the two day stay. I received confirmation of my booking from Expedia, then received confirmation of my booking from the hotel,Travelodge by Wyndham Enid and was even offered to complete a pre-checkin online for more convenience once I arrived at the hotel which I completed, however once I arrived there I was told by the agent at the front desk that they were completely booked up and had no availability, I was also informed that I would have to call Expedia to recover the payment I had already made for the two day stay! So I then called Expedia and was told I would have to wait 7 to 10 days to get my money back once they contacted the hotel and got confirmation! Absolutely ridiculous! After 3 hours of talking on the phone with one agent after another my call was eventually handled by a supervisor who assured me that once she made contact with the hotel, which is what took so long because she couldn't get them to answer the phone, she would put my refund order in for the hotel to refund my payment that same day, so thank you to Expedia for their help, however I am extremely disappointed with Travelodge for this major inconvenience due to lack of communication with third party apps their company uses and unwillingness to provide any assistance to resolve the matter, very poor customer service!
