My partner and I stayed here for a week. Negatives: water pressure for shower was very weak. Swimming pool was not clean and breakfast options were very limited. Positives: walking distance to the beach. Comfortable bed we opted for the kitchen with sofa bed plenty of space for two with balcony . Very quiet and safe area. We will return.

I must say that the breakfast is almost all processed food. I only drank the coffee, which is good. And then I got two bananas. Also I wish the hotel was cheaper. I used it because the location fit exactly to my purpose for my visit to Encinitas. For the price, I would have liked if they had duvets on the beds instead of blankets.

Very average property in a pretty good location. We saw a spider in our room upon entering and another spider was within a spider web on the room number placard just outside the door that looked like it had been there for a month. A male at check-in was almost unwilling to answer any questions and seemed like he really didn't want to be there. That said, the room was generous in size and the location was ideal.
