Vacations Close To Enchanted Tower

Advertised with pool. There was NO POOL. cigarette burns on blankets. Hairs found on 2 pillows. Wifi was not free. Only 3 towels for a 6 person room. No soap.Had to walk back to office to ask for towels and soap because the phone didn't work. Floors made bare feet dirty. Shower curtain inadequate to keep bathroom from flooding. Found a flat tire as I was pulling out of parking lot. No help offered as I struggled to change a flat in sight of office. Breakfast was horrible. Loaf of bread and a jar of peanut butter and jar of jelly. Mixed cereal available. Kinda sketchy part of town. Very disappointed with stay, especially with the cost.

Beautiful traditional style southwestern hotel. Magnificent view from every room. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Beautiful grounds and pool. We stay here often.

Absolutely stunning lobby with numerous shops and beautiful art. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful patio and pool area. We did. To get to check out the rooftop bar are but it looks amazing. High recommend.

Was still ok but not as good as expected based on reviews. The lobby area is exceptionally clean and in good shape. 1st room had certain marks on the sheets at the head of the bed that may have been old/harmless but were concerning. Staff graciously accommodated room change. Next room didn’t have this issue but the bed skirting below the mattress very stained looking. One of towels also had bad stain. Overall still ok but not as good as expected based on reviews. Staff were helpful and breakfast was good.
