This is a gem to have in Encampment. They did a really great job renovating a small older motel. Everything was well done and the room amenities are nice. I will stay here every time we’re in the area. Great restaurant next door.

Absolutely lovely and cute motel … It was recently renovated and was incredibly clean and comfortable … Joan welcomed us and checked us in and walked us to our room to make sure we were all set … We would definitely stay there again.

This is a bit off the beaten path, but the property was recently completely renovated and was charmingly decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy for a small hotel room. We would stay again.

This hotel was FABULOUS! We were visiting from South Florida and were fully impressed with the accommodations and with the customer service. From the day I made the reservations I received the most hospitable service from a very kind woman. The beds were excellent and the room was extremely clean. I look forward to staying there again.

Nicely Renovated Hotel

The hotel is recently renovated and very attractively decorated with western decor. There is plenty of storage space and every convenience you would need. The room was very clean and well supplied with nice quality towels and bedding. The only downside is that the walls between the units are very thin. You can clearly hear your neighbors talking, laughing, and using their cell phones.

Nice clean room with 2 flaws

It is a nice clean, recently renovated facility. The irritating thing was that when i sat up in bed against the head board the bed would roll forward away from the wall. In addition, the door to the room has a gap at the top of the door and on the right side of the dooor. I will provide pictures

This is a completely refurbished motel. They took it down to the studs and updated everything. For a town of only 450, I did not expect the quality of the property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is an excellent location to serve as a home-base for exploring the area or for a quiet getaway. Encampment should be considered a village. It doesn't have grocery stores or gas stations, although those can be found in nearby communities. Restaurants are available but not open every night or open as a bar with some food service. Dining is something that should be part of the travelers planning. Parking is available; however, it can be tight as there is limited space between rooms and the main office which is a separate building. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
