The staff was really helpful and the breakfast was decent. The room had a layer of dust and the mini fridge didn’t work and was stuffed with towels. The floor by the air conditioner was soaking wet and there’s a rug on the floor. I didn’t ask for a room change because we had traveled all day and didn’t arrive until 10pm. The room was booked 2 months in advance so they knew we were coming so I’m not sure why they put us in a room they knew had broken equipment.

The staff was great. The room was so dirty including urine all over the toilet. We were moved to a cleaner room. The floors in the lobby looked like they were mopped with dirty water. I’m sad to say that on this trip the theme for Hampton properties seems to be the same. Under staffed, not very clean, and the property just isn’t maintained. Hope they can fix the situation!!
