Voor een bezoek aan Emmen en omgeving zit je perfekt. En als je op het terras in het binnen terras kun je genieten van alle rust.en de leuke bediening. Onveracht geboekt. Maar echt een aanrader. Pareltje van het Noorden We komen zeker terug.

Nice hotel and not far from the Wildland zoo

Nice hotel near the zoo. Although not as close as the other hotel, but it's a good alternative for better price if you are going to visit the Wildland zoo with the kids. Room is clean and comfortable.

MotoGp weekend

Fantastic hotel and staff. Could not fault anything at all. Excellent position for the Assen MotoGp and only 2 hours from Schiphol airport. Parking on site.

Lage TOP- Zimmer FLOP Der Eingangsbereich, sowie das Ambiente im Restaurant und Bar war ansprechend. Das war in den Fluren, sowie in den Zimmern anders. Das "Deluxe-Zimmer" war mit einem Low-Cost Zimmer vergleichbar. Das Zimmer war klein, eng und mit einem uralten Bad ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer gab es kaum Ablageflächen, die Armaturen waren angerostet/ angelaufen, wir müssten über den Wannenrand der alten Badewanne klettern, um zu duschen. Das Bad verfügte über keine Pflegemittel, außer Seife. Im Zimmer selber gab es einen Wasserkocher, welchen wir in dem verkalkten Zustand nicht verwenden wollten. Es gab keine Mini- Bar und noch nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser. Nach Reklamation an der Rezeption und Nachfrage, ob es sich dabei wirklich um das Deluxe Zimmer handelt, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die „Normalen“ Zimmer noch älter sind. Unsere mitgeteilte Unzufriedenheit und Kritik wurde gehört, jedoch wurde Nichts unternommen, um uns zufrieden zu stellen.

Gedeeltelijk "Kleurrijk en Modern"

Het "boutique" gedeelte is aan kennelijk de voorkant en in het restaurant. De kamers aan de achterkant dienen nog een opfris beurt te krijgen om ook aan het label "boutique" te voldoen. Praktisch maar sfeerloos. De ontbijtzaal is ook sfeerloos. Ontbijt was verder prima. Eten in het restaurant in de avond is heerlijk en sfeervol. Goed voor een kort verblijf maar "Kleurrijk en Modern" is het nog niet volledig.

Het is een mooi hotel, maar wel erg gehorig en niet echt gasten die midden in de nacht rekening houden met gasten die om 2.45uur al wel slapen…. Maar heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Als we nog een keer gaan dan boeken we wel 2 kamers, een familiekamer viel ons erg tegen
