Vacations Close To Emmen Centrum Beeldende Kunst

Loved the room. Great kitchen set up and. Slept well in the bed. Easy commute from the hotel (its a 2 minute walk to the starion) via the train to go about the city, the tram and buses run next to the hotel as well. The bike rental price is fair. Didn't use the gym but its a responsible size and has decent amount of equipment to use. Would stay again.

I had stayed in a Social Hub in Madrid and found it to be an excellent alternative to main stream hotels. The one in Amsterdam was not the case. The location for this hotel is not very good. We were assigned a handicap accessible room without requiring nor requesting one. They did change our room but unfortunately the air conditioning in that room did not work. When I enquired at the desk I was told that none of the rooms had air conditioning because it was illegal in Europe to have AC. This is of course false. The rooms were climate controlled except our room was about 25-28 degrees even though the thermostat was set to 18. They said they would send someone but never did. We survived by opening the window and luckily the fall weather kept the room comfortable for sleeping. We did not spend any daytime hours in the room. Overall, for the money we paid, we could have had a much better hotel room, closer to the city centre and in a safer, more friendlier area. I do not recommend staying at this location.

This hotel is in a great location. We visited a lot of the sites from here and walked to all of them without any trouble and Amsterdam Central Station is a 10 or 12 minute walk. The breakfast is good and you can order eggs, pan cakes etc made to order off the menu which was great. The staff was very friendly and accomodating and the room was clean and a good size. It was what we expected and the great people really help make the stay a little more enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

Our flight from the US came in early, so we arrived at the Clayton Hotel at 10AM. I requested early check-in. My colleague and I had breakfast at the Cafe Americain and had a short meeting upstairs on their second floor. By the time we finished, our rooms were ready - well ahead of the 3PM check-in time. My room had a balcony that overlooked the fountain area. It was a very convenient location to our conference venue. My stay was lovely and would go back again.
