Hotel was great with great environment and amenities, our kid and us loved it , thank you!!!

It appears that for food/restaurant services even the carry out, the hotel adds an additional 18% gratuity without notifying the customer. So I was tipping on Top of the tip they were assessing! Also, they charge for the water they provide to the room without notice. That is taking advantage of the guests

Great Staff and Service

The property by nature is great if you’re coming with your family and looking to spend a day or two there. Based on the hours of operation for the pool waterpark, and surf rider staying for only one night wasn’t great. We arrived and waited almost 2 hours for our room to be ready, the staff were kind and helpful but didn’t change the fact that by the time we were in our room the surf rider was closed, and didn’t open again till 2 hrs after check out. If you’re willing to risk the variables for one night, it has good value. But I’ll be tentative next time.
