Hotel is lovely. No sauna, despite the website!

The hotel is lovely. However they say on the website that they have a sauna. They do not have a sauna. Also, you are given the impression that you are staying in the big mansion, but actually you are billeted in the the annex/building in front of the big house. The rooms are modern and well appointed.

This hotel was amazing!! Very high end for the price! Vanessa was so helpful and friendly! Such a wonderful experience for 2 Americans visiting a foreign country. We were concerned about getting around and the language barrier but no issues at all. Surprisingly our reservation came with an hour in the spa and we used it soaking in the hot bath (jacuzzi without jets). The views were spectacular as well as breakfast. We didn’t want to leave!! This hotel is on our list to come back to if/when we return to France. Heartfelt thanks to Vanessa!!

Gorgeous views abound. Rooms were clean and comfortable, despite the heat. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we had in Provence, making ample use of local alpine ingredients. It is also walking distance to old town Embrun, which was a nice touch.

Bel établissement dans un site superbe

Bel établissement dans un site magnifique. Entretien des espaces (privatifs et parties communes) irréprochable. Accueil très agréable et professionnel. Jolie chambre (classique) avec une literie exceptionnelle. Le seul bémol est la véritable exiguïté de la salle d’eau. Absence de climatisation (difficile à mettre en oeuvre dans ce bâtiment ancien), néanmoins un ventilateur est à notre disposition. Pas de déjeuner possible hormis un brunch le Dimanche, c’est dommage considérées les belles possibilités de la terrasse et de la salle de restaurant. Rapport qualité/prix: peut-être un peu cher pour la taille de la chambre et sa salle d’eau mais compensé par la qualité des services offerts. À connaître !
