Just had a lovely one night stay here. Great location right in the centre of Ely. Had the breakfast and was cooked to order and very tasty. Room clean and staff friendly. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

The breakfast wasn't free, the bathroom was in need of updating... It looked like the hotel was being upgraded bit by bit. The position was very good ie to the Cathedral and Oliver Cromwell's House.

Room was okay a little tired but clean bed small but okay pillows too firm more suited to a single room. The Lamb inn was a lovely pub and all the staff were fabulous. Would return but in a better room .

Room no. 15 clean and warm. Spacious. Could have benefited from a second chair, complimentary water and biscuits with the tea tray but these are minor points. Staff very busy but courteous. Overall a pleasant stay. Would happily re visit.

The room (no. 6) was cramped and COLD, and the cold tap in the bath didn't work. There was a cold draft in the bathroom, and there was no heating there. . The staff were lovely. The food was good.

Breakfast was lovely, parking seemed ok, nothing to worry about there. could have done milk and biscuits in the room for the morning cuppa. Didn't know there was no lift! being 70 I did hot like the stairs. Other than that it was lovely and would return for another stay....Oh and the evening meal was wonderful.

Staff were very welcoming and polite. My room was clean and comfortable. Good range of food available at breakfast. There are areas of the hotel that are looking a little tired, and my poached eggs were overdone at breakfast, but on the whole I’m happy with the venue.
