“Unclean room. Toothpaste still in bathroom sink. Ash trays un empty outside door with gross stained seats outside. Bit grimy. crappy pillows. Average matress. Key was hard to get into door . Stunk pretty bad like smokers had beennin there and masked with spray. Should have been 80 dollars a night not 160”

“The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.”
