Vacations Close To Elsigbach-Elsigenalp Gondola

Worse hotel that we have been in the last five years, terrible hotel, no air conditioning, we had to "sleep" in a 28 degrees room temperature, of course, we couldn't sleep. We stayed in room 417, terrible bed, not clean, bed was damaged, mildew in the bathroom, damaged shower support, elevator in terrible conditions, main entrance dirt and tired. To make the situation worse, my wife was bite for insects on her face and body, what we suspect to be a bed bug. We definitely do not recommend this place at all. In the pictures it looks great but the reality is the opposite. Management did not respond our emails complaining about the hotel, what for us mean a very poor management and no respect for the guests, this poor management is an exception to the beautiful and cordial people of Swiss. Unfortunately we have another reservation for two nights, and we are trying to cancel it without charger, but as I mentioned before, the management doesn't answer our emails. We definitely will not stay there again, we may lose our money, but our health is more important. Good luck to you if you decide to stay at this place.

Es céntrico a pocos minutos de la estación de trenes el personal muy atento y la chica de recepción muy amable y ayuda en todos hay café y té 24 horas la habitación es algo pequeña pero para pocos días resuelve no tiene aire acondicionado pero se pueden abrir las ventanas y la noche es fresca el desayuno tiene huevo hervido pero no otras variantes como frito o omelet pero en general no está mal hay pudiera ser mas variado

Nice room but air conditioning not cold. Great hair dryer!! Perfect location to Old Town.

The staff was super helpful. The hotel is on car free route but hotel staff always accommodate the guests. Hotel view was exceptional due to its height.

Nice, phenomenal spacious and clean apartment. Please don’t mind, only recommendation I would suggest to bring down prices a bit.

Refrigerator not working.

A small, clean, and conveniently located boutique hotel. The rooms were well maintained, and the hotel offered the perfect balance of easy access to the city and a peaceful residential setting. It's right next to a train line for easy transportation, while the historic Old Town is just a 20–30 minute walk away.
