Apart-hoteles en Elsburg

“The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff did a great job with housekeeping, regularly cleaning the room, emptying the trash, and providing fresh bathroom towels. I also appreciated the location—it felt safe and secure, and the available parking made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very positive experience.”

“The rooms were utterly clean, there are really strong on maintenance and cleanliness”

“Cuarto limpio y bien ordenado. El staff muy atento y simpático ”

“Cleanliness, friendly staff, clean pool”

“Great Location, but a Very Inconsistent Experience The location is definitely one of the biggest positives of this property. Unfortunately, there are quite a few downsides. Later, I was granted an extra hour for late checkout (12:00 PM) because I was unwell, but management failed to notify staff. Housekeeping knocked at...

“I dont have the right room when I check in no compensation, no response when I write.”

“Disgusting. Despite giving them the booking reference ID, the confirmation and the paid receipt, they claimed we had no booking. After almost an hour trying to get them to resolve it, we left to get another hotel. Contacted Expedia in real time - equally worthless. Promised to get a refund. None has happened.”
