Perfect for a one night sleepover

We just needed a place to spend the night on our way driving north. The hotel was perfect for that. Also a Lidl next door to stock up on anything for the drive. The hotel is in a commercial area. The nice touristy things are elsewhere. According to Google maps, the St Nikolaus church and other beautiful buildings in the old town, are 40 minutes by foot. Parking on site. Nice restaurant. The hotel staff we met - two different receptionists - were oddly unprofessional but super nice. They gave off a feeling that they were summer help and the real staff were just away for minute.

I wished there was a fridge and a freezer in the room or at the reception. I’m traveling with medicine which needs to kept in a fridge, but unfortunately there was not. There was a lot of wind, noisy and I couldn’t sleep well. It’s the first and last time I’m coming to this hotel.

Fantastisk receptionist

Super oplevelse, 30 min fra lufthavnen i Hamborg, men ikke nødvendigvis tættere på Danmark hvis du søger mod grænsen til Padborg. Super service fra den flinke mand i receptionen, jeg havde lavet en fejl med navne, men vi løste det, de havde lavet en lille fejl med det ene værelse, hvilket blev fint kompenseret med drikkevarer og snacks til alle 5 i familien.

Godt hotel med venligt og servicemindet personale

Jeg havde værelse på 3. sal og for enden ad gangen, så der var kun nabo på én side, hvilket var dejligt. Værelset var overordnet set rigtigt fint, rummeligt og tillige køligt (på en varm indtjeningsdag). Badeværelset var også rent og med masser af håndklæder - eneste lille minus ved badeværelset var, at der lugtede en anelse af kloak derinde fra tid til anden, men ikke sådan at det var decideret generende. Og det hjalp hurtigt når ventilationssystemet kørte. Så alt i alt var jeg vældig tilfreds med opholdet.

Leider war das Zimmer dieses mal nicht Sauber und der TV Funktionierte leider immer noch nicht das hatte ich schon bei meinen anderen Aufenthalten Reklamiert . Das Frühstück und Personal war wie immer sehr gut.

Wir waren vor einigen Jahren bereits hier mit Hund! Damals war das Hotel noch nicht "aufgehübscht" dafür kostete der Parkplatz (der sich null verändert hat) nicht und der Hund noch keine 25.-€ -dafür bekam der Hund im Zimmer eine Futterunterlage und zwei Näpfe... dies war diesmal nicht möglich, da es im ganzen Haus nur 2 dieser Hundeaustattungen gibt? Desweiteren war lediglich ein Angestellte für Check-in und alles was anfiel abends anwesend und das obwohl das Hotel proppenvoll- insbesondere durch Montagearbeiter! Insgesamt für eine Nacht auf Durchreise OK... Unser Tipp- Frühstück statt im Hotel, nebenan im Café Emil des Gartenbaumarktes!

Personal war sehr freundlich zuvorkommend und vorallem sehr Kinderfreundlich.Die Zimmer sehr schön Bad sauber.Frühstücksbuffette war eigentlich alles da was man zum frühstücken braucht!Vielleicht sollte man mal im Aufschnitt ein wenig wechseln,aber man weiss ja nicht warum es so ist!Aber wie gesagt zum frühstücken alles vorhanden.

Die Übernachtung war sehr nett! Haben gegenüber von Fahrstuhl geschlafen wovon man im zimmer Nix gehört hat . Personal war sehr nett. Das einizige was nicht so schön war waren die zusätzlichen 4€ Parkgebühren.
