The apartment was mostly as described (though much darker than it appeared in the photos) and met our needs. It's in a convenient location, and it was mostly comfortable. It's a bit run-down and needs some maintenance. We had some issues while we were there, with a TV that didn't work, 2 remotes (one had dead batteries; the other just needs to be replaced), and a pipe under the kitchen sink leaking water.
