Enjoyed our stay, the location was good and the people were very helpful. Rooms were clean. They were somewhat "tired" (a bit older furniture) but everything worked. The bed was good and the air conditioning worked quite well.

Rooms are clean, staff is very polite & super responsive. It’s an old building with adequate Rennovation in place. We stayed for a night & can’t complain. Breakfast is just enough to start your day. Over all it’s good.

The staff were amazing! Very friendly. There’s a Mexican restaurant in the hotel and the food was delicious and the staff there friendly as well. Outdoor swimming pool and continental breakfast. It is less than five minutes away from the mall and Walmart. Next time I go to New York, I will definitely be staying there again!

The property was not kept up, grass, shrubs, windows were milky and not clean. The worst part was the musty smell and sticky end tables. Hallway rugs were so dirty, only redeeming quality is the breakfast was fine.

Hotel was dirty, we found stains on the bedspread, dirty socks in the room and old stinky food in the fridge. The bathroom had mold. Curtains and walls were stained. Surfaces in the room were all sticky. Breakfast was fine. The pool was not open, gate was locked during times it was supposed to be open. I would not stay here again. This place needs a good cleaning and revamp. Staff was friendly though!

A dreary, out-dated building and furnishings in my room were depressing. Could not get ac or even a fan to operate. Windows very dirty. The bed was lumpy but the room was quiet. The staff was very nice. The breakfast room was was clean and the food adequate. The coffee was surprisingly good. I felt I overpaid for this stay.

Friendly staff. Our room was a king and was spacious. The bathroom was a little tight, but not a problem. Our only issue was that while it was a non-smoking room, when we walked in, it smelled like smoke. Mostly by the entry/bathroom area. Fortunately, in the bed area it wasn't as strong. Being after 9pm, we decided not to request a room change and just deal with it. The bed was clean and comfortable. We were able to use the in room fridge for our drinks. We slept well as this was a quiet room. The shower was clean with good hot water pressure, but the tub did not seem to drain. We only stayed one night so this was not a problem for us, but I assume housekeeping would have to have it taken care of. If I'm being critical, there was a little peeling wall paper in the bathroom and this is probably because there is no fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and had variety--cereals, waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, various breads, juices, etc. Plenty of seating for the breakfast.
