I had a 2 night stay here. Every year for the past 4 years I stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well kept. They also have great breakfast options. Would definitely recommend

Nice hotel that is right off the freeway. The rooms are a good size, beds are comfortable, and the hot breakfast was a good way to start the day. Horseheads is a small town, so don't expect much of the surroundings.

The staff and property is very nice . They have fresh breakfast. Freshly baked cookies are available all the time. The pool water is bit cold but the kids had a good time otherwise . Overall a good stay.

Staff was very welcoming and very quick to let us know if there was anything we needed just to let them know, Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable had a great night sleep. The buffet breakfast was great my only complaint was that there were no sausage or bacon but we left full and satisfied. I would definitely stay there again also on a side note I’m not sure what lotion they have in the bathroom but it is wonderful wish I knew what it was
