“The hotel is nice, but located next to a busy road, all rooms overlook the car park on the side. Room was small, very hot (no air con) and we had just a really narrow double bed that was so small that we struggled to sleep. Also it was very hot and with window open we had to put up with road noise. We asked to change the room for a bigger bed but none wear available. “This is a great location for exploring Norfolk. We were only there one night but it was peaceful and accommodated all 3 of us with our dog. The owner was excellent with her communication but not at all intrusive. Nice touches like our own private garden with a BBQ where they kindly left some coals so we had the option to use it.”

Our cold water tap didn't work. I told reception and asked for additional water, which they agreed but we didn't receive any. “The room smelled musty and all night long there was banging and noise as we were on the ground floor right next to reception area and entrance. Didnt notice how bad until we went to bed. At 211:90 pm, 1:00 am went to front desk to complain or change room but no one there. It was a terrible experience. Will not stay there again - it made it worse that we drove for 5 hours to get there to attend a funeral in the morning.”
