Deer outside every morning and night was awesome. Couldn’t use fire pit outside because of dry windy weather. Very cute and clean cabin. Perfect for our family of 5. Except there is only one shower. Two bathrooms one downstairs has shower sink and toilet. The one upstairs has only toilet and sink. The downstairs bathroom has heated floors which is awesome but it’s small so the positioning of the toilet nd sink is akward. You can rest your chin on the sink while you sit down to pee.

The property was in a good neighborhood, and was newly updated. Cathy was very good at responding to emails while we were there. The complaints that I have is that my son was woke up in the middle of the night to a cockroach crawling on him twice, there was a dead cockroach under the couch cushion. I emailed Cathy about the bug problem and she explained that she had the property treated and that it heightens the bug activity because they are trying to get away from the chemical. So the cockroaches are a problem known by the property owner. The upstairs was very warm like the A/C wasn't ran to the upstairs, but the fans did help make it cooler. Though the place was recently renovated I do not believe I will be staying there in the future. It was hard to sleep after finding cockroaches, it always felt like something was crawling on us. We would have left but it was towards the end of our stay and I already spent a lot of money staying there, I could not afford to rent somewhere else. Hopefully she gets the problem solved before she rents it out again.
