Holiday Inn Elko has friendly, helpful staff who always greet you with a smile. The beds are cozy, rooms clean, and the shower has Dove body and hair products. My only complaint is the shower floors could use a good scrubbing or refinish. Until next time!!!

Love this location. Still has coffee, and water cups in the rooms, soft water for showers, and there aren’t excessive cameras (in the elevators, etc)!! It felt like a good family vacation/business stay hotel, as apposed to a 5-star prison. I mention it because we stayed in another city the night before, same company owned hotel, and felt very different about our stay. Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.
