The cable tv is absolutely terrible from room to room there’s a sheet of laminated paper with tv channels on it but the tv doesn’t have the same channels it’s a mess

My husband and were assigned to room#208, the toilet in this room had been stuck before this room was assigned to us, and they couldn’t fixed it during our stay. We had to go to the basement to use the employee bathroom . The hotel didn’t provide discounts or any anything else to make up. Very disrespectful! Btw, this is the first bad feedback I’ve left.
