Elgin was a wonderful town with great access to Speyside area, and this property was a nice /a good stay especially due to the wonderful staff but the property is in need of some updates and walking into town for restaurants involved crossing several roads (not ideal for traveling with kids or elderly). Worth the stay.

The mansion house is such a beautiful building but needs a lot of Love and attention. The room I stayed in was very dated and threadbare, although the bathroom was lovely. The restaurant was closed due to lack of staff

Beautiful old home, warm & welcoming. We stayed in off season so restaurant & bar closed but staff accommodated drinks & take away for us. Breakfast was available so ate in restaurant then checked out without any issues. Comfortable bed and spacious room & bathroom. Had a very enjoyable stay thanks to staff!

Really nice place and superb breakfast! Great place to stay after an 11 hour drive from Southampton and special mention to yesterdays waitress at breakfast who was good fun and also gave us some good tips of places to visit

Property looks great in pictures but rooms are a bit run down (rain shower was not working, furniture was well used). However staff were excellent. Buffet and fresh cooked breakfast were great. Plenty of parking. Close walk to tesco and Main Street. Very quiet location. A bit on the high end of price.

We stayed here while in town working It’s a beautiful old building The rooms were very clean and comfortable a bit tired but still a great place The beds were very comfortable The staff could not do enough to help And also a great breakfast was included We would stay here again while back in town
