This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Africa. It is an absolute jewell, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it is great being right above the Rupa mall. The gym and swimming pool are also excellent and I spent a lot of time out on the patio outside the bar relaxing and working

Overall the hotel was excellent. However on 8th floor there should be a notice not to play music loud when using swimming area. If you wish to listen, use earphones/Headphones. Spoilt our relaxation one afternoon when loud music was played by another guest. Also breakfast is too expensive. After day2 we were eating at nearby Java House for meals breakfast, lunch and dinner!

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the service from the entire staff was excellent, especially at the front desk. Jacinta and Brian were particularly helpful and attentive to all our requests. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. An added bonus is the proximity to the mall and restaurants making for a pleasant stay overall.
