Lugar calmo ótimo para famílias e os chalés correspondem as fotos, adoramos tudo. Quarto limpo. Poucas tomadas no quarto. TV somente aberta. Não havia água nos chuveiros (problema com a caixa d’água). O café da manhã começa somente às 08 horas, o que atrapalha um pouco para os viajantes em trânsito (meu caso e com família). O carro fica um pouco distante do chalé e o acesso não tem boa iluminação. O ponto positivo é que é um lugar bem sossegado no meio da natureza.

Nos hospedamos recentemente no chalé e gostamos bastante da cidade de Eldorado, que é linda e cheia de opções para relaxar e aproveitar a natureza. Fizemos a reserva poucos dias antes da viagem e o chalé disponível era descrito como “luxo”, acreditando que teria uma estrutura um pouco mais completa. No entanto, sentimos que alguns pontos podem ser melhorados para que a experiência realmente corresponda à proposta de um chalé luxo. Ao chegarmos, havia uma caixa d’água enorme vazando logo na entrada da porta o que causava um barulho constante. A televisão, que na verdade era um monitor de computador, não funcionava. O wi-fi também não conectava em nenhum dos nossos aparelhos a moça da recepção nos informou que o sinal é fraco, mais mesmo sendo fraco não conectava, mas acreditamos que esse é um ponto importante de atenção, principalmente considerando a categoria e o valor do chalé. Outro ponto foi a área da piscina, que estava suja, com guarda-sol caído e sujeira ao redor, sendo limpa apenas no domingo, quando já estávamos usando. Acreditamos que, com alguns ajustes e mais cuidado nos detalhes, o chalé pode oferecer uma experiência muito melhor e realmente condizente com a proposta de luxo.
