We stayed 4 nights in the hotel and attended wedding. This hotel was the main stay for all the wedding guests. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and forgot our shopping bag. But upon checking up soon, our bags were gone. We know, the hotel: restaurant staff took them. The staff wasn’t particularly helpful in helping us or reviewing the cameras. This gave a very unpleasant experience. For a hotel of this caliber, we didn’t expect this outcome. I guess, we just had to be careful. Rooms were good otherwise and other amenities were nice

Nice Hotel, Great Stay, A bit pricey in comparison

The property was nice and overall very family friendly. The food was excellent albeit very pricey for Spain. The staff was very nice and helpful and willing to do what was necessary to ensure an excellent stay. The pool area, while nice, was a bit poorly positioned in the front of the hotel without a direct view of the ocean (whilst in the pool).

An Oasis of Calm

A very warm welcome from reception and efficient check-in and check-out. They had noticed I'd be staying another two nights on a business booking and made sure I had the same room. Great location with an easy walk into town. Spacious Bedroom and very comfortable bed. I didn't get to try out the spa, however the outside pool area was lovely, very few people there when I stayed.

the location is amazing and the main building and services most certainly 5*+ however, disappointing that there are a number of additional charges for parking etc. and you have to be a very special guest to sit on the front row by the sea, but they never seem to turn up.

Nice hotel, but a bit overpriced

The hotel was very nice. In particular the location on the beach and the staff were very nice. Unfortunately, many things that I would expect to be included came at an extra cost: Wifi, included - wifi that works is extra, sunbeds on the beach, included - nice sunbeds are extra, a coffee in your room - call room service. But overall a nice stay!

Trip to Tarragona

We stayed in this hotel for two nights while on a business trip. The hotel was nice but the room had a bad smell coming from the luggage compartment. We had to leave the door to the balcony open in order to reduce this bad smell. This was not expected from a 5 star hotel.
