My room was big clean comfortable with very nice view. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Check in & check out was easy fast. Food is good but for me as a vegetarian not much varieties maybe next time will ask for special request meals, the pasta corner was good for me ☺️

Das Hotel und Essen war gut. Den Durchfall habe ich wegen omni biontic wahrscheinlich nicht bekommen aber mein Mann vermutlich beim Ausflug und ich habe wenig frisches gegessen. Klinik gleich in der Nähe. Micronal 10 € aus der Apotheke . Den Arzt haben wir nicht gebraucht. Die Zimmer war ok. Vieles kaputt. Die Klima sehr laut!!! Konnte kaum schlafen. Die Reinigung erst 15:00 am Nachmittag trotz Wunsch funktioniert es nicht. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Fahrräder gab es nicht!!, Basketball auch nicht. Kein Tennis ! Ein Billiard und eine Tischtenkisplatte. Die Schläger zerfledert!. Das Personal ausschließlich männlich und zu mir als Frau zurückhaltend bis ignorierend. Nur wenn man was verkaufen wollte Auch innerhalb des Hotels wurde ich ständig angesprochen wegen Angebote. Rote Flage besorgen. Das Riff war toll. Bitte nicht daraufstellen. Jeden Tag sah man Leute die sich auf die vermeintlichen Steine stellten. Wenn der Wind stark ist kann man nicht im offenen Meer schwimmen. Tauchschule ist in Ordnung nur deutsch kann keiner. Die Inhaberin war deutsch! Dann mit deutscher tauchschule werben naja. Bei allen Angeboten handeln!!! Die Anlage fand ich schön. Hotel ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel mehr!!!

Hotel pour le farniente avec rien autour

Séjour : - Début Août 2025, pour 8 jours en All Inclusive. - En Famille (2 adultes, 1 ado 15 ans, 2 filles 9 ans) - 2 Chambres Points Positifs : - Nourriture de bonne qualité - Piscines bien entretenues - Personnel aimable et attentif - Wifi et Climatisation A Savoir : - Même si le vol indique Hurghada comme aéroport, l'hôtel n'est pas à Hurghada mais à 2 heure au Sud, à côté d'une petite ville nommée El Quseir. Et il n'y a rien à faire autour de l'hôtel ni même dans cette ville. - Le séjour est défini comme All Inclusive mais attention, certaines choses sont payantes (boissons alcoolisées après minuit, jus de fruit frais, certaines boissons...). - Pas de café à l'hôtel (même en payant). Ils offrent du café soluble nescafé. Pour un vrai café il faut aller en ville, à 3 km de l'hôtel. Pas de jus d'orange frais au petit déjeuner (contrairement au Radison Blu à Djerba), juste des pseudos jus sucrés. - On ne peut pas vraiment se baigner dans la mer car il y a 50 mètres de rochers avec 50 cm d'eau avant d'atteindre la mer (derrière la barrière de corail). On peut prendre le ponton mais l'escalier qui descend dans la mer n'est pas ouvert en cas de vent. Sur les 8 jours du séjour, l'accès n'était possible que 2 jours. - Vous ne devez pas jeter le papier toilette dans les WC. - Les prix des services médicaux de l'hôtel sont exorbitants (1000 € pour un simple examen...) - Beaucoup d'allemands qui mangent / boivent toute la journée. - 36 °C, UV au Max, - On s'ennuie assez vite

Einfach nur traumhaft – rundum perfekt! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns in diesem Hotel unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die ruhige Lage und die entspannte Atmosphäre laden sofort zum Abschalten ein. Was uns besonders begeistert hat, war das Personal – angefangen bei den Reinigungsmitarbeitern über die Lifeguards bis hin zu den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern der Gastronomie: Jeder einzelne war durchweg freundlich, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit. Man spürt, dass hier mit echter Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Das Essen war hervorragend – vielfältig, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Ein besonderes Lob gilt auch einem der Manager, der sehr gut Deutsch sprach und sich persönlich Zeit nahm, wenn man ein Anliegen hatte. Ohne Umwege war er sofort zur Stelle, hat aufmerksam zugehört und sich bemüht, direkt eine Lösung zu finden – ein Service, wie man ihn sich nur wünschen kann. Das WLAN war hin und wieder etwas langsam, aber ehrlich gesagt: Man ist im Urlaub, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und nicht, um ständig am Handy zu hängen – also für uns kein wirklicher Minuspunkt. Unser Fazit: Super, super, super! Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, wir sind gestern nachhause geflogen und schauen für September oder Oktober eine erneute Reise zu planen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Un super hôtel avec une plage magnifique

La chambre était très bien pour 4 personnes avec vue sur la mer. L hôtel dispose de 2 piscines et d un accès plage. Le restaurant est très bon et la nourriture est très variée. L option all inclusive est vraiment intéressante y compris au bar. La faune sous marine est incroyable à seulement 2 mètres du bord raie à pointe bleu, baliste, murène, poisson scorpion, diodon, poisson peroquet.. Même aux Seychelles je n avais pas vu une si grande diversité en PMT. En résumé je vous le conseille si vous voulez un hôtel avec un très bon service, un bon resto et une plage magnifique Pour résumé

Ich habe möglicherweise ein eher älteres Zimmer bekommen. Das Bad war aus den 90ern und schmutzig mit Zahnputzresten am Waschbeckenabfluss. Das Handtuch, auf dem die Duschgels aufgereiht sind, könnte auch mal wieder ausgetauscht werden. Hat einen sehr schmuddeligen Eindruck gemacht. Ebenso die Klobürste. Keine Minibar. Die Zimmertür bietet keinerlei Sicherheit, ebensowenig das Vorhängeschloss, das beim Öffnen der Tür einfach abgerissen ist. Die Sauberkeit am Buffet ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Kaffeemaschine und Heißwasserbehälter sehen von außen eher unappetitlich aus und könnten mal abgewischt werden. Außerhalb des Hotels ist nichts los, man verlässt das Hotelgelände auf eigene Gefahr.

The staff and service were fantastic, we were looked after really well by everyone. The room we got was ok but not as nice as we expected, ditto for the food. The whole place really needs refurbishment, which to be fair has started. Be aware that there is really nothing local you can do so don't bother renting a car unless you plan to head to other places on your trip, plenty of diving/snorkeling from the centre on the resort and they have a tour arranger too. Overall value for money is so-so (around £110 per night half board for 2 people in a family room) .. but I cannot overstate how great the service is! I recommend it now if you get a better deal than we did, or wait until refurbishment is complete and I expect it will be fabulous and worth the price :)

Good stay. Egyptian staff were very friendly and accommodating especially mohamed who cleaned our room. Amazing snorkeling experience with magnificent reef. Wonderful New Year’s Eve buffet and entertainment. The hotel is a little run down but offers good value for money.

Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche übrig, es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Top Einrichtung und alles was es braucht.

An Uninspiring Un-Eqyptian Bad Experience

You know when you see photos of a hotel and you get there and the place looks better than the photos? This is the opposite. Websites make the "resort" look beautiful, clean, and new when it is sad, dark, dirty, and aging. Maybe it depends on what you like in a vacation but this place was not the right fit for us. If you like poor-quality food that has nothing to do with the country you are in--and as much of it as you can eat--this is for you. If you like loud music at the pool and being surrounded only by tourists, this is for you. But if you want an authentic and kind Egyptian experience, like we were fortunate to have everywhere else in Egypt, don't stay here. Our biggest issue is the lack of hospitality from the front desk staff who started harassing us for payment a few days before our arrival despite our booking the room to pay at hotel. They demanded new credit card information and threatened to cancel reservation if we didn't provide it. Having spotty internet and no phone service made it near impossible to deal with the situation and the staff refused to say if they would honor the reservation even if we were driving 4.5 hours to get there. When we arrived, they were unapologetically indifferent. And after we checked out (day early), settling remaining charges, they blocked our taxi from leaving the property for half hour until we paid $25 for towel cards, not caring if we missed our flight. Beware also of aggressive massage salesman who doesn't take no for answer.

Idéal pour observer le monde sous marin

Chambre vue mer Rez de chaussée pratique pour piquer une tête. Oreillers assez ferme, la climatisation très bruyante Large choix concernant la restauration

le centre de diving est très professionnel et convivial. Le staff du service à table au restaurant est très dévoué et accueillant ,souriant et attentionné. L'accueil téléphonique pour réserver la navette a duré 25 mn et nous n'avons jamais eu une personne anglophone , nous avons dû réserver le taxi de HURGADA AIRPORT aller-retour par nos propres moyens .

Excellent hôtel et restaurant

Un très bel hôtel haut de gamme Très bonne restauration Les buffets du petit dej avec gauffre et orange fraîche pressée a volonté Le menu égyptien très bien préparé une fois par semaine Le seul point négatif (qui n'en était pas un pour nous) est l'absence d'animation le soir et très calme en journée. Seulement aquagym le matin et volley l'après midi. Le soir un chanteur fait le show Lors de notre 1ere semaine nous avons vu spectacle de serpents, de cracheur de feu et de fakir Puis la 2e semaine rien

Nice place for Snorkeling.

I stayed there 7 days in total. I waited too long to check-in my room. The reseptionists were not good except Mr İbrahim. Many thanks to mr İbrahim.The sea was perfect and it was enjoyable to swim. Thank you to the restaurant’s chef and Muhammed Davut who was the waiter. They were helpful and serving very well. I was staying in the hotel for half board and the cost per day is 78 dolar. For two. But Unfortunately, the hotel receptions asked me to pay 28 USD dolar for the dinner per person of my last day at hotel. I found this expensive.

Um oásis no Mar Vermelho!

Um verdadeiro tratamento "five stats" nas águas turmalinas do RED SEA. Excelente para familias com criança, casais românticos, grupo amigos ou solteiros. Muitas atividades, comida excelente, academia, salão de beleza, sauna, várias piscinas, mergulho e o lindo mar azul com lindas ondas e corais. Dica: compre sapatos borracha para poder pisar perto dos corais. A cortesia dos funcionários nota 1000.

Un luogo dove riordinare le idee e riempirsi gli occhi di bellezza. Lo staff gentilissimo e professionale del Resort dà un senso continuo di accoglienza, un ottimo assaggio di questo meraviglioso Paese che tanto sa offrire ai suoi visitatori.
