Bon rapport qualité prix

Maison typique, très bon accueil. Endroit idéal pour la restauration et pour les bars animés le soir , pas pour le shopping, très peu de magasin en hors saison. Chambre agréable , mais insonorisation très mauvaise entre les chambres et le hall. Peut-être afficher un message pour respecter les autres voyageurs la nuit. Oreiller trop fin.

Très bien pour un deux étoiles

Accueil sympathique et convivial. La personne qui nous a reçus (le patron ? ) nous a conseillé sur restos, parking et environs ainsi que horaires bateau Cadix La chambre est simple mais propre. Le frigidaire permet d’avoir de l’eau fraîche. D’ailleurs l’hotel Fournit deux petites bouteilles fraîches à l’arrivée. Le matelas est correct. Manque peut être un oreiller et surtout clim qui ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Peut être un souci passager mais même en mettant clim à 16 il faisait beaucoup plus. Chambre derrière donc quasi pas de bruit car centre ville et restos en dessous Plein de restos et bars à deux pas. Plage idem. Parking 9;95 les 24 h. Dommage pas de petit dej Merci

We chose this hotel as it seemed a central base for exploring the sherry triangle and Cádiz. As the other towns are quite close there didn't seem to be much point in moving every couple of days, so we stayed for a week. We love these historic buildings and this one has been nicely restored to become a family run hotel. The family were always available but never imposing. We had a really quiet big room with a little ante room. It was very clean with fresh towels and sheets every day and a really powerful shower. If you like a bit of character and never use gyms, pools and such like, this could well be the place for you.

Gut geeignet für Individualtouristen

Die „Casa del Regidor“ hat eine sehr gute Lage sowohl zum Bahnhof als auch für die Katamarane nach Cádiz und die städtischen Buslinien zu den Stränden. Sehr geeignet für Individualtouristen. ABER: Wir hatten für die Nächte vom Samstag auf Montag via Hotels.com ein Zimmer strassenseitig (Nr. 105) im ersten Stock erhalten, das ziemlich lärmig war. Von andern Gästen im Haus erfuhren wir dann, dass die beiden Zimmer, die auf den Innehof gehen, sehr ruhig seien.

El hotel esta ubicado en un edificio antiguo, cercano a la estacion, puerto, y zona de bares. La habitación era interior, no se escuchaban ruidos. Estaba muy limpia y las camas eran cómodas. El matrimonio que lo regenta Muy agradable.

Très agréable

L'hôtel est dans une magnifique ancienne demeure andalouse avec patio un plein centre ville. Pour les motorisés, il est situé tout près d'un parking municipal gardé (6€/jour). L'embarcadère pour aller à Cadiz est juste à côté. Les patrons parlent français et sont très accueillants. Ils donnent les explications souhaités et même les plans pour visiter Cadiz et El Puerto de Santa Maria.

Sehr zu empfehlen - gerne wieder

ein kleines familiengeführtes Hotel, günstig gelegen zwischen Bahnhof und Castello. Sehr sauber und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig (obwohl zur Straße gelegen) und ließ sich gut abdunkeln. Wifi war sehr schnell und so konnte man ohne Probleme Nachrichten oder Filme anschauen - deutsche Sender gibt es keine

Hotel is not very up-to-date, but certainly good enough. Excellent job done by the cleaning team every day. No parking on site as opposed to what the website vaguely suggests. BUT don't listen to the advice of the receptionist if he tells you that you need to park your car in the 6-euro-a-day parking lot that's 5 minutes away from the hotel: parking on the street is free and allowed, if you can find a spot.

Hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff are so lovely and helpful. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Only downside was a derelict building opposite which was up for sale so in the future it could be nice. Location was excellent just a short walk from most attractions.
