The property is 3.5 stars. I traveled with a friend. I was there for 3 nights, and they did not clean the room on any of those nights. They said it wasn't scheduled to be cleaned. We were able to get clean towels daily. Staff here are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is not bad, and it's included. The location is very convenient, very close to the airport. They also provide a free shuttle to the airport 24/7. The driver was very nice. The pool is nice, we enjoyed it. I will stay here again.

My room was clean. It was quiet and staff were helpful and polite. I like staying here when flying out of El Paso because it is convenient to the airport. What a great place to bring the kids! The staff were all very pleasant and eager to help in any way. The dining area is a unique area and the breakfast was a really full breakfast with many hot, fresh options. It's even within walking distance to the airport on safe sidewalks. I'd certainly choose this location for my next trip to ELP.

The staff was very friendly. I appreciated that! I booked this room at least minute and didn’t realize it was huge. I felt I got more bang for the buck. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I fell asleep really quickly and got my much needed rest before heading back to the airport. I didn’t get a chance to swim, but the pool looked nice.

We were upgraded to a nice spacious suite. There was a sliding door we could access directly to the outside and to our car. They have long-term parking there, which was less expensive than the airport. They have a shuttle available seemingly all the time to the airport, but you really don’t need it if you want to get a little walk-in. It’s very close. The man at the front desk was very helpful in explaining how the parking worked. We also ate in the restaurant, which was pretty good. They even have a house wine that is very inexpensive.
