The front desk staff was very helpful and professional during stressful moments of check in and no parking availability. The room needed some extra attention such as we found a few trash items under the tv stand and bathroom needed a better wipe down

I like the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was nice. I felt she could’ve gave me a room with a view of the beautiful mountain in the back, but she gave me a room with the view of the parking lot

Breakfast was above average in offerings. Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Receptionists were adequate but not very outgoing or tourist friendly. Parking lot was very inadequate, not enough parking spaces. The bottom of the pool had dirt collected at spots for the three days of our stay.
