Pros- new shower, clean ish, bathroom renovations, proximity to shops and food, good fridge, new microwave, good TV Cons- dated furniture (scary when thinking of the bed), mirror not in bathroom (made it hard to shave), bright lights at night, huge gap under door, key lock entry, no coffee, no ice, over head light (no side lamps), no side tables
