The room and bathroom were clean but there seemed to be a damp problem so the whole room was wet when we arrived, kept the air con on to dry everything but each day we would come back and everything was damp again (as they would turn off the air con). Maybe something to do with the time of year we were there. Otherwise very convenient location and good value for money.

Epic place, great staff, comfy beds & rooms!

The design of this hotel is actually beautifully put together, the staff is super friendly, and the rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and great locker configuration! The toilets are spacious (including the showers that have space to get changed). Would 100% stay again!

Lovely Hostel, Excellent Staff, With Minor Issues

Positives Really nicely decorated hostel Room had A/C and fan Spacious dorms with plenty of sockets and storage Bed had privacy curtains, seemed to be extra wide and were very comfortable Excellent breakfast and staff will cook pancakes and omelettes fresh. Excellent location only 5 minutes from El Nido centre and is quiet Staff are excellent and impeccably polite, helpful and courteous Negatives Socket can be difficult to reach for upper bunk Upper section of walls have window facing hallway, which was lit at night The shared bathrooms are generally clean, but needed to be cleaned more often Too many of the soap/shampoo dispensers in the showers were broken`

The first day I had a problem with my assigned room, but Sheri and Angelo were very kind to solve my problem. Very good location and facilities. The beds are very comfortable. I think they should put curtains on the bunk beds to give more privacy to the guests and also because they have mix rooms.

Overall, just no

Lots of small things that added up to this not being a nice experience. Maybe because it is low season, but zero hostel vibes. There were actually families staying with small kids that would literally start screaming and shouting at 7am and won't stop. Ants everywhere, to the point that it was impossible to eat some of the things at breakfast. Cockroaches in the room. Staff asking me over breakfast to rate the hotel online with a QR code, and then it actually turned out to be their bar. Did not enjoy my stay and would not recommend.

Sentralt og perfekt 👌

Hotellet ligger helt perfekt til om man vil bære nær byen. Det tok 3 minutter og gå for å komme oss til restaurant/bar/shoppinggata. Hyggelig personale, gode senger og bra renhold. Ville absolutt bodd her igjen.

員工很親切, 都會主動幫忙。每個晚上都有不同主題的活動，很用心準備。設備感覺有些老舊, 需要維護。第一晚入住時，盥洗用水都有鐵鏽味及水是黃色的, 第二晚就沒味道了。
