Food was always good and selection of restaurants around the area was walkable. A must place to stay when visiting El Nido. I have nothing but all good things to say about H Hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walking distance to the beach where all the island hopping tours depart. It's also accessible to everything because it's right at the main town of El Nido. The hotel has a rooftop bar that has the beautiful view of the beach and the mountains. The customer service is top notch from the security, the hotel staff and the tourist guides. We had a wonderful time during our entire 7 days stay.❤️

Hotel is very close to the beach and all the activities. It is in a very noisy area of the town. Vegan breakfast offered is good. The roof top bar has stunning views and good happy hour with music entertainment. If one can sleep with noise and church bell at 5.30 am then it's a good choice for location and entertainment.

Our room overlooked the ocean and best of all, no obstruction from floor to ceiling windows or balcony. The whole morning staff is the best (special shout out to Val, Sky and another younger gentleman). The evening ones were okay. House keeping was mixed but overall, was good. Although, a few times did not replenish free sodas and coffee. The breakfasts at the vegan restaurant were delicious. Service at breakfast was excellent.

My wife and I had a quick stop in El Nido while visiting The Philippines. Our goal was to see the beautiful lagoons and explore the waters of Palawan. We decide to stay somewhere safe, comfortable and well located and H Hotel El Nido provided all those things. Sky at the front test was very friendly and helpful upon our early arrival to the hotel. He took care of our bags, we were able to change into snorkeling and beach clothes and he even offered us breakfast. I didn’t realize that the entire menu would be vegan options, but we ordered a fruit bowl which was PHENOMENAL. It was so good that after our excursion that evening, we went up to the rooftop bar for the live jazz music and ordered it again for dinner. Thank you for your hospitality

Pictures can be deceiving

The hotel looks clean and modern in the photos but everything is dingy and craftsmanship leaves a lot to be desired. We stayed in the presidential suite and while the size was great and the view nice, the room itself was very worn. Rooftop bar and view were very nice, odd you have to pay with cash for food and can use card for the drinks. We booked transport from the hotel to a jetty for the second portion of our trip, the hotel asked us to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier for our departure time, which we did - however we found out we were waiting on guests from their sister hotel. We ended up waiting an extra 25 minutes past our scheduled departure time and almost missed our connecting boat to the next portion of our trip. The communication with the front desk folks was terrible, we kept asking what the situation was with no real answers. Quite a stressful way to end our time in el Nido. I’d look elsewhere for a next visit.

The room itself is modern, clean, and immediately felt very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, with pillows and a mattress that provided great support. After a full day of exploring, lying down at night meant we almost fell asleep instantly. The air conditioning worked perfectly, so coming back to the room after a shower never felt stuffy—a really important point in El Nido. Breakfast was served at Ver De. At first, we were a little hesitant since it’s vegetarian, but we were pleasantly surprised: the flavors were much better than we expected, and the presentation was beautiful. It never felt boring or repetitive. One evening, we also had dinner there, and the dishes were a delightful surprise—perfect for nights when we didn’t feel like going out to find a restaurant. What impressed us most was the front desk service. The staff spoke English perfectly and were incredibly patient. Whether it was recommending nearby restaurants, calling a tricycle for us, or helping adjust our island tour plans at the last minute, they were always willing to assist, which made us feel very well taken care of. In the evenings, we sometimes went for walks around the neighborhood or simply relaxed in our room. The overall atmosphere is perfect for couples who want to slow down and enjoy some quiet time together.

Modern & great service

We had a wonderful stay at H Hotel in El Nido! The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. They even surprised us with a thoughtful gesture in our room to celebrate the start of our honeymoon, which was such a sweet touch. The hotel is modern and beautifully designed, with great features like a Dyson hairdryer in the room. The vegan breakfast restaurant was delicious and well-presented, though the selection was a bit limited. Being in the center of El Nido, the location is super convenient but can get noisy. Thankfully, the hotel provided earplugs, which was very considerate. The only downside was the bed—it felt a bit too soft and worn. Overall, we loved the experience, especially the exceptional service. Highly recommend!
