I'll admit the first time I stayed here I was skeptical about staying. I wasn't sure about the area. I judged a book by its cover. This place is actually clean and the beds are comfortable. It's a decent place to get some rest. The breakfast is typical- waffles, cereal, eggs... I have stayed here more than once and it has become my go-to stop when I'm passing through town.

Magnolia, Arkansas is Very clean and friendly

The room was very clean and fresh smelling. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows and nice sheets. Only downside was the water pressure in the shower, could have been the cold weather but the sink was fine. The pressure was a 1 out 5. Magnolia, Arkansas is a safe and friendly little town.

Great time!

Everything was great, from the friendly staff to cleanliness of the room and the rest of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast had some of the best biscuits and gravy I’ve had in a long while! Will definitely be on my return list.

The check in was good. When we got to our room, we found torn sheets and a dead bedbug on one of the pillows. We contacted the desk clerk and she gave us another room. The rooms are fine but need some upgrades to make the stays more enjoyable. Water pressure for the toilets aren’t enough to get a good flush.
