Please read this!

As far as the hotel itself. It was very nice and clean. When I first arrived the young lady at the front desk that evening was nowhere to be found for almost 15 minutes. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone to get her to come up to the front. The room I filled out for online was not the same room either. It was suppose to be a suite but it was not. The people at the front desk are not very knowledgeable either with some of the questions I had. Just something management needs to work on. Would I stay here again. If they would compensate me for my last stay and give me a free night maybe.

Family disappointment trip

The stay was not the best. I had called a few days prior to my arrival and requested extra pillows as my wife, daughters, and their kids were all going to be in the same room. I had to make 2 trips to the counter for pillows and linens for the pull out sofa bed. Bathroom shower insert was separating from the wall. Found mold growing in one of the picture frames. Kids were excited to swim and when we got there the pool was out of service and we had no notification prior to our arrival. Ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working and had to go down to the 1st floor for ice every time it was needed. My daughter and grandkids were very disappointed as they were planning on swimming while I had a wedding rehearsal to attend. Myself disappointed for the service and condition of this hotel for the amount I paid. I have stayed in better hotels and will not be returning to this one anytime soon or ever.

Hotel was under renovations that weren’t made known ahead of time. First day of anrriv after getting to room body wash bottle was empty. I’d they cleaned the room before our arrival how did they not make sure all amenities were properly available? Elevator kept breaking the safety inspection certificate had expired since 30 Nov 25. Breakfast th pancake machine never worked correctly staff was unsure how fix it. With an hour left for breakfast service bacon was empty staff didn’t bother refilling it. Drink machine the orange juice always tasted like water.

The stay was very nice. However, when I booked the stay, I requested a room close to elevator, as I am unable to walk long distances. The room was not clise to elevator. I should have said something when checking in, but I didnt. Maybe they should work a little harder to accommodate handicap visitors.
