Awful experience. Wasn’t the cleanest. Dirty towels upon check in but they replaced them with new. Uncomfortable night. Fire alarm went off but no fire. System glitch and double charged but it fell off the following week.

Not a good stay at all. Please advise how to request full refund as room was roach infested. Roach got on me while using the restroom. Complained to front desk about roaches and was given a can of zevo bug spray. My sister had taken a chemo treatment and was not feeling well and the fumes made her ill. Had to check out a day early to take her back home and the roaches were intolerable.
