The Hotel is the best place to stay when you come to El Cuyo. The view of the ocean from the terrace is fantastic and the breakfast and overall food and drinks were súper! The staff was great, and the rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed it a lot!

So happy we picked La Casa Cielo for our stay in El Cuyo. Cute boutique hotel right on the beach but also close to the rest of the village, restaurants, shopping etc. We arrived ahead of check-in time (3pm) but were able to leave bags, change and head straight to the beach which is beautiful, white sand and a haven for kite-surfing and other water sports. Lovely mix of locals and visitors, everyone very friendly and we loved the vibe. Room was spacious, comfortable king-size bed, great bathroom, very good shower and efficient AC. Lots of comfy sun-loungers, half of which are in welcome shade. Nice pool and heated jacuzzi between hotel and beach. On-site restaurant is very good, has spectacular sea views and sea breezes, serving included continental breakfast of fruit, bread, yogurt and granola plus coffee or tea - cooked breakfasts available for reasonable up-charge. Restaurant has excellent freshly prepared food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) as well as a well-stocked bar and 5-7pm Happy Hour with 2 for 1 cocktails. Staff all friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to this little gem of a hotel.

Lovely spot on the beach. Simple, no frills, but everything you need. Sometimes despite owners/personnel best efforts things don't go as they should. During our stay,, an impromptu construction project interfered with our experience. Noise and closed restaurant, plus construction dust in the pool and resting area, kept the experience from being the best.. But this is where hospitality and leadership matters.. The owner of the place, clearly upset about a situation he could do nothing about, stepped up and comped us a night. It's not about the money saved,, it's about the feeling you leave with. We felt like despite the inconvenience, it's a place we would totally would come back to, because they attempted to make it right.

So relaxing place! Everything about this place is a 100%! I hope El Cuyo will stay like this forever and not turn into what Holbox is today. The hotel is right at the beach, nice sunbeds. Breakfast is everything you need for a good start. Sunrise is stunning, we walked the beach almost every morning.

This hotel was perfect in a way; there are a few notes ill make that i hope the ownerS can take into considerationThe reception had african masks and i thought maybe the owner is french. The arrival was a bit disastrous. No receptionist, no bell, no one in site. I waited roughly 20 minutes rather than being in the water before sunset which was my aim. When they guy arrived he didn't apologize and the worst part is that he took a girl that arrived after me and she was already checked in and had tons of questions for her ride to Cancun the next day.. which i felt was inappropriate considering i arrived first and i had not checked in. As the check in continued, the receptionist said he liked my eyes (ok fine) and then asked my age (so strange). Then he walked me to my room that was tight (not a lot of space to walk around) and he stayed there for over ten minutes (not exaggerating !!!) showing me the fan and the bathroom and telling me no one could see in the window in the bathroom and touching my shirt to show me i can hang my clothes... i mean come on.. who doesnt know what a hanger is. He finally left me alone but it was a little uncomfortable. I don't think he meant anything bad but it wasn't professional. Now for access to the rooms, there is a large step. If you have a leg or knee problem, it's a steep step. I am not sure why they didn't just add a smaller step like they did to get to breakfast. The room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious, and there was a

Excelente propiedad boutique ubicada a pie de la playa, con una atención y servicio del personal que supera a muchos hoteles de 5 estrellas y con un restaurante que ofrece menús de desayuno comida y cena para todos los gustos con sazón casero. Sin duda es para volver varias veces. El Cuyo es un pueblo de pescadores con su encanto pero muy discreto en opciones y variedad en actividades y restaurantes. Es un lugar para aislarte y descansar, y este hotel lo tiene todo para pasar varios días desconectado de la civilización!! Muy recomendable.
