Rooms were lovely and spacious and staff were so helpful. Special shoutout to the local guide Ignacio who is available daily to recommend hiking routes and to know when the weather will be best to venture on large hikes (e.g. Laguna de Los Tres). The food and service was exquisite. We booked the mountain view, however after visiting, the valley view is more beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

This is a very very nice place to stay in El Chalten. The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, unfailingly gracious. The guide, Ignacio, who was there daily in the evenings, was particularly helpful in route planning hikes. The room was comfortable, great sheets on the bed. The restaurant is excellent for dinner, and breakfasts were delicious. We loved our stay.

Breakfast was good. You could ask for all kind of eegs and if what a double expresso, you got it. The staff was super friendly, securing you had a wonderfull stay. And the dinner was amazing good and with a customer focussesd served. But i woud like to thank the whole staff for our wonderfull stay. If we return to El Chalten we return to this hotel.

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at this hotel, easy 5 stars. The staff was friendly and took great care of our two young kids and made sure our needs were met. Our baby had a medical issue and they offered to go with us to the doctor - first class service in every way. The recommendations for hiking were super helpful and the food was some of the very best we had in all of Argentina. Highly recommend and we will no doubt return to stay here next time we are in the area.
