The property was advertised on Expedia as having AC but it doesn't have any. The windows have no screens and one of the windows was easily entered if I left it open. No wall decor, furniture was old and stained. Few electrical outlets, with none on the long wall where the head of the bed was located. The only good thing was the location - walkable to several shops, restaurants, etc.

6/10 Okay

There was no toilet paper holder . The toilet paper was simply placed of towels that were placed along the sides of the small sink. While I was washing my hands , the toilet paper fell into the sink,& the running water ended up getting the roll of toilet paper wet. We had to get a new roll of toilet paper -an inconvenience. Overall -> you get what you pay for. It's a BUDGET motel ! A drive around the block reveals nice houses w well kept lawns- I conclude the neighborhood to be safe. We ate at the Thai restaurant that's @ same parking lot as the hotel. The food tasted good, & the prices are lower than at other restaurants.

This is place is roach infested, hairball in the freg. This place needs to be reported to the Health Department. You have unhoused guess with non living status. The owner knows this place is not for renting. Too many strange unsafe people stay here. Never never rent here. The CDPH will need to visit and reported

The person checking me in was extremely rude until I made a call to Expedia. The room was not clean, there was a broken desk chair, bathroom smelled of mold and mildew. The deadbolt lock on the door did not work, so used one of the mismatched chairs from the kitchenette to block the door. There were no lights in the parking area. The room was cold and I didn't want to take a chance with the heater, if there was one. Not please with the place at overall.

I don’t like giving bad reviews but the room smelled horribly, I thought for the price it wasn’t bad until I visited 6 more in California in the same week. Realized this is not good at all. Room was very stained, the sheets dirty and stained, no ac. Lights not working properly. You name it.

Very much a “get what you pay for” place but with friendly owners who do their best to accommodate. I stayed while they were getting brand new AC units and it got so hot in my room. I asked them if they have any type of portable fans & the manager gave me the one out of his office.
