The hotel was a nice stay. Would recommend it, the room was hot, and they have centralized ac. So I had to leave the window open but it worked out without any issues. They have a lot of stairs but the staff carried my luggage up the stairs. They were kind and helpful. I liked the onsite restaurant and the staff there as well.

Staff accommodated us when we complained about odor in room; I requested they spray but they upgraded us. Breakfast is very good with plenty of options. Bar time takes place at the breakfast room or in the lounge next to it. Once again servers/table-clearing women for breakfast and drinks+salad were super nice. We would stay there again and definitely have a meal at the restaurant. The center is within walking distance. A grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shops are nearby.

This hotel is located at the edge of the busy stretch of town, but everything is still walking distance. Our room was very spacious and very clean. The staff was super friendly and the free breakfast buffet spread was very nice.

Overall enjoyed our stay. The housekeeping service was excellent, like walking into a new room every time we returned from our outings. The staff were helpful and mostly friendly. The hotel is located outside the downtown area but close enough to walk into town. There’s an excellent panaderia/bakery just half a block away. One critique was that we paid for a lake view room and i would describe what we received as a semi-partial view. Next time I would not pay for a lake view room since the lake is a 5 minute walk.

The Mirador is a good 4 star hotel. It has excellent location near downtown. The place is clean . Good restaurant. Very attentive service. The rooms are comfortable but extremely hot. They have floor heating and somehow they cannot regulate the temperature well. It was truly suffocating and we had to open the windows in extreme cold to make it bearable. They said the setting was in low but boy that was a steam room and dried your airways a lot They need to do something about it because otherwise the place is very comfortable.

We loved this hotel, located at the end of the town. You need to walk a bit to get to the restaurants and shopping, but it offers quietness in return. The beds were comfy, breakfast was fantastic, with really good pastries. Shower could use a renovation.
