Nice hostel with pleasant and helpful staff. It is about a 20 minute walk to the centre of town. Rooms weren’t very sound proof as I could clearly hear the ladies next door. Would return again.

Great hotel with very attentive staff. Matthew our concierge was very helpful with our flight delay issue. He actively contacted the airport and was genuinely concerned and helpful. The hotel is just a bit outside of the main area which is really nice as it has a beautiful view of the lake.

Very pleasant place, albeit a little far from downtown if you don’t have a car. However, taxis are less than 4 USD. The knobs have horrible keyholes hard to operate. They seem designed in the XIX century

El personal fue increíble, siempre atentos, muy amables. La habitación amplia, limpia, con Buena ducha de agua caliente y fría. O atendimento é muito bom. Pessoas simpáticas e dispostas a ajudar no necessário. A localização é razoável pra quem não se importa de fazer uma boa caminhada pra chegar ao ponto principal de El Calafate. Por outro lado, há remis(táxi) disponível com facilidade por cerca de 5mil pesos (dez25). O hotel é de um padrão antigo, mas super bem cuidado e charmoso. Td mt limpo e conservado. O café da manhã não tem muitas opções, mas tem o básico e resolve bem. O quarto possui boa estrutura com camas confortáveis e de bom tamanho. Fiquei de frente pra rua, então o barulho dos carros passando (nao sao muitos) pode incomodar quem tem muita sensibilidade pra dormir. Não há frigobar e não existe serviço de quarto disponível, mas vendem bebidas como água e refrigerante na recepção a um custo puxadinho.

El hotel es aceptable si solo buscas un lugar para dormir, pero tiene varias deficiencias que afectan la experiencia. El desayuno es muy básico, principalmente pan, y si quieres algo más completo, tienes que pagarlo aparte, lo cual es un gran punto negativo. La limpieza deja mucho que desear; ni siquiera hay un bote de basura en la habitación. El baño tampoco es funcional, ya que no tiene ventilación y la temperatura del agua es un problema constante: pasa de extremadamente caliente a muy fría sin estabilidad, lo que hace que bañarse sea una experiencia incómoda. Si solo necesitas un sitio para descansar, ten en cuenta estos detalles, ya que pueden afectar tu estadía y hacerla menos placentera.
