The room smell very bad, like an old las vegas hotel. But other than that its well located, convenient for solo travellers. I slept well, shower is hot, bed comfy. Everyone was sleeping at 10pm so eve if i assumed it was gonna be noisy it ended up not to be at all. Friendly staff, okay breakfast!

Very clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to bus station and shops. A little bit of street noise like car alarms going off but to be expected from such a convenient location to busy downtown. We had a wonderdul stay and the staff were hardworking and went above and beyond to helpnus.

The property is well located in the downtown of El Calafate My bedroom was not ready at the time of the check in. The property needs some updates as the mattresses are old, pillows, the bedding sheets, blankets... and some of the staff are rude, especially the guy who was at the front desk on Sunday morning.

It’s super central so give plenty of options for dinner at night and being dropped by the shuttle from the airport. Lucas was very helpful and nice. Property need some investment. More and more hotel are being built in the calafate area and the hotel is very dated. A bit like a 70/80s hotel. Also the 10am check out was a surprise…I had a bit of time on my last day and decided to take time after 2 intense weeks and targeted to check out at 11am but was asked to hurry at 10.30..:) despite the hotel not looking very busy.

Great service, we were coming back from El Chalten and all our clothes were wet, they have laundry service that allowed us to take all our clothes clean to Buenos Aires. They recommend some restaurants around the area. Very helpful.

Very BASIC accomodations, and as with all things in El Calafate... overpriced. Room was stifling hot, (possibly due to in floor heating that we weren't able to control), so we had to sleep with window open. No fridge or coffee maker in room... but breakfast was good.
