The Esplendor was a really great hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to El Calafate! The staff was super friendly at the desk and in the restaurant, parking is easy, and it’s a quick walk from town but set back enough to be quiet. The rooms are large, comfortable, and well decorated. Really had an amazing stay!

Enjoyed my stay at the Splendor by Wyndham El Calafate immensely. It was a very nice luxurious lodge, with spacious and comfortable rooms, lots of spaces for food and coffee, excellent cuisine, very friendly and professional staff, in a convenient location with Lake Argentina visible in the distance, with El Perito glacier accessible by guided or self tour. El Chalten and Mt. Fitz Roy are about 90 minutes from the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel.

Fantastic hotel. The location and the views are superb! The staff was fantastic and the laundry service was quick and affordable. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. My only but is that the breakfast service seemed a bit chaotic/slow: there were not that many guests having breakfast at the same time but food kept running out on the buffet. Having said that, i would come back to this hotel and would recommend anyone to stay here.
