“Hotel is still under finishing. Painting material and furniture empty packings are thrown everywhere. No maintainace staff . If your AC broken out, you can change the room or you have to stay in if no availability . Fresh staff with no training or experience . Even the manager do not understand the booking online or hospitality. I forced to leave my room after checking in .My room with advertised as sea view however I was offered other room as the available one.”

“I don't know how did this hotel get 5 star. They are even using paper cup for the breakfast for tea and coffee. there is no coffee machine. Very poor breakfast , focusing more local guest not the international guest. Drink, food price is crazy expensive at the bars compare to Egypt standard. Overall, not happy for the stay and not come again to this hotel..”

“I told you ,i scammed ,there's no apt called Deluxe in northcost ,I didn't check in ,or no phone answerd ,the address ,nothing ,I told you to look after my case ,I didn't no get any service or check took my money ,I drove about 4 hours to get there ,no phone answered nothing ,we slept outside in the random garden in New allamin ,we asked everyone around us about the apt ,they answered was no ,even the texi driver driving us back and forth he didn't find the place ...

“We had a comfortable stay overall. The location was great- close to the marina with convenient beach access. Our room was a good size and had a spacious balcony. There were three of us staying, the hotel provided an extra bed to accommodate us comfortably. A special thanks to Redwan, who cleaned and prepared our room with great care and attention to detail. While the hotel doesn’t offer a huge range of amenities, the pool is a decent size, and the beach access is a definite plus. Overall, a...
