Worst experience we have ever had. DO NOT STAY HER

Absolute nightmare of a stay. We emailed before booking this as we were staying for many nights and then planned to come back in 13 days time. They said we could leave our bags thwre and that it was no problem. We have the email to show. The evening we planned to leave, they informed us whoever told us that had lied to us. The manager would not do anything. This cost us thousands in extea baggage fees over our trip. Rooms were not serviced, no fresh towels or anything in 4 days, and the customee service was the worst I have ever dealt with.

TvÄ nÀtter med tvÄ barn i annexet

Bokat i annexet, men pris ligger inte sÄ lÄngt ifrÄn vad du betalar för hotell. Dock fÄr du nÄgot som mer Àr som ett finare vandrarhem. Vatten flöt ut i badrummet vid dusch och den fukten gjorde kanske att silverfiskarna vi trÀffade trivdes bra. Vi bad Àven om mer toapapper dÄ det som fanns vid ankomst var ytterst lite. Men inget hade fyllts pÄ. SÀngarna var ok och lÀget vÀldigt bra med gratis parkering 24h utanför. SÀnk priset ordentligt för annexet sÄ Àr det rimligt utifrÄn vad du fÄr. Som priset var förvÀntar gÀst sig mer.

Dejligt ophold

Dejlig rummelig, ren og hyggelig lejlighed i annekset. Fin modtagelse ved indcheckning. Gode oplevelser ved flere besÞg i restauranten, bÄde mht. til mad og betjening. Fineste service i morgenmadrestauranten. Smilende, venligt og opmÊrksomt personale. Godt overblik mht. opfyldning og afrydning. Jeg hÄber virkelig at hotelchefen Johan vÊrdsÊtter og anerkender sit personale efter fortjeneste.( Havde én iagtagelse af hans kontakt med en ansat, og den attitude han udviste var det eneste ved opholdet, der ikke var positivt).

Lilla saker gör vistelsen vĂ€rd av mycket mer 👌

TvĂ„ olika receptionister var sĂ„ trevliga och hjĂ€lpsamma att Ă€ven att hotellet Ă€r lite gammalt och rummen Ă€r inte riktigt nyrenoverat sĂ„ det var trevligt vistelse och man njöt av vistelsen.. Jag ger 11 av 10 enbart för fröknarna pĂ„ receptionen och frukost ansvarig hade fixat jĂ€tte bra frukost, speciellt dom hĂ€lsosamma smoothies 👌

Bokade ett enkelrum med sen ankomst. Den 2/4. Fick ett enkelrum i Annexet vid stationen rum 10. Rummets fönster stod vid öppet och det snöade in. Elementet var iskallt och ingen vĂ€rme kom fram under hela natten. Det var sĂ€kert under 10 grader i rummet. Sk iskallt:( Ingen info om var frukosten serverades.. Även fast jag inte behövde betala för rummet kan jag svĂ„rligen Ă„terkomma till hotellet. Det blev en natt med lite sömn.

Blev uppgraderad till huvudbyggnaden. SjÀlva stadshotellet Àr fint, men rummen vÀldigt enkla. Hotellet Àr lyhört. Badrummet har svÄr layout, allt kÀnns trÄngt. Duschmunstycket var gammalt och hade konstig strÄle. Rena och sköna sÀngklÀder. Rent och fint i övrigt. Men extremt lyhört, samtal frÄn rummet intill hördes. Helt ok frukost. Trevlig personal. Som helhet inte prisvÀrt men ÀndamÄlsenligt.
