Good location for exploring the lovely and interesting town of Eisenach, and not far from the train station. The restaurant and bar were pleasant. The hotel will clean the rooms on request (by 09.00), which was a little unusual. Overall a very nice hotel.

EV Charging for 5 Euros per charge is a steal. Getting into the carpark with a width of 2.1m is challenging but possible with care. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and bilingual. Room was very large and had a massive window over looking the city. No AC in the hotel but the large windows open and the cool night air was enough to cool off the bedroom at night. Would definitely stay again. The town was magnificent.

fabulous venue at the heart of Eisenach

On entering, I gasped in amazement at the beautiful historic foyer of this lovely hotel, right in the centre of town. A warm welcome at Reception and a lovely room, fulfilling all requirements. Even a choice of bath or shower. A bath was a great treat after a day of much walking and carrying a heavy bag! Lovely unhurried breakfast too. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Es war alles perfekt. Lage direkt an der Fußgängerzone, Bushaltestellen ums Eck. Unser großes Executiv-Zimmer (mit "Stehbalkon") im 5. Stock lag nach vorne, mit Blick auf Kirchturm/Stadttor, war ruhig. Gute Lärmschutzfenster, wobei der Straßenverkehr vor dem Hotel gering ist. Tolles großes Badezimmer mit 2 Waschbecken, davor Ankleide mit Schrank und Spiegel. Gutes breites Doppelbett, genügend Ablageflächen im Zimmer. Keine Ringhörigkeit! Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet im ganztätig geöffneten sehr guten Restaurant im Haus. Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Hatte ein Ladeplatz in Tiefgarage gebucht. Die Ladestation hat aber nicht funktioniert. Der Stellplatz in einer Mauernische in der TG war so eng, dass man aus seinem Auto nur sehr schwer aussteigen konnte. So einen Platz sollte einfach nicht angeboten werden.
